We are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your hearing aids. If, following fitting and an appropriate adjustment period, you feel your hearing aids are not suitable for your needs, we offer a money-back guarantee subject to our terms and conditions.*

* Our money-back guarantee applies to hearing aid purchases returned within 30 days of fitting, provided the devices are returned in good condition and all follow-up appointments and recommended adjustments have been attended during the trial period. Refunds may exclude the cost of any clinical assessments, fitting appointments, ear moulds or consumable items where applicable. The clinic reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.

  • Appointments can be booked online through our website or by contacting our clinic team directly. We will be happy to help you find the most suitable appointment for your needs.

  • No referral is required for any of our services. Patients can book directly with the clinic without needing to see their GP first.

  • Our appointments are designed to provide dedicated time for assessment, discussion and personalised care. Your clinician will take time to understand your concerns, explain your treatment options and answer any questions you may have.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept a range of secure payment methods for your convenience.

  • The Chevin Clinic currently operates as a self-pay private clinic, meaning appointments and treatments are paid for directly by the patient rather than through private medical insurance.

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • The Chevin Clinic is located at Tredgold Crescent, Bramhope, Leeds, LS16 9BR, next to Bramhope Primary School. Full directions and parking information will be provided with your booking confirmation.

  • Yes, parking is available for patients attending the clinic. Parking details and arrival instructions will be provided ahead of your appointment.
