Whether you are experiencing hearing difficulties, tinnitus or simply wish to monitor your hearing, our team provides expert, personalised advice and support throughout the process.
Should hearing aids be recommended and purchased following your assessment, the cost of your hearing test will be deducted from the overall hearing aid package.*

Most hearing assessments take approximately 30 minutes, depending on the type of assessment required.
No, hearing tests are completely painless and non-invasive.
If hearing loss is identified, your clinician will explain the findings and discuss the most appropriate next steps, including treatment or hearing aid options where appropriate.
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
